The robotised machines use up to date computer technology to assist the workforce in ensuring that the stringent productivity and quality expectations are met.
Key production and warehousing control is provided by the latest ERP software and Real Time Machine Monitoring, providing manufacturing cost collection for proactive production management and complete product traceability back to raw material.
Colour measurement, statistical process control, close tolerance measurement, traceable to national standards, are some of the services offered by the well-equipped quality control department.
 Light assembly work including: ultra-sonic welding, pad printing and hot foil stamping can also be quoted for in addition to the basic moulding production.
